Trevor's name was randomly selected during our school assembly. For his prize, he chose to do a special art project with Miss Skersick, the art teacher. They made a pendulum painting with Trevor's favorite color. What a neat project!!

Jaycin was chosen for Student of the Month. His teacher, Mrs. Erickson says, “I chose Jaycin as Student of the Month for January! Jaycin is very deserving of this award! He shows respect to all of his teachers by listening and raising his hand to answer questions. He has such a kind heart, always willing to help his friends and cheer them on! Jaycin also goes above and beyond when completing his work in school, as well as when he was Distance Learning. I am so proud of you Jaycin, and am so glad to have you in my class!” Jaycin’s favorite part of school is play time. He plays Treasure hunt with his friends. Jaycin is most thankful for playing with his friends. He likes to help his friends if they fall down. Jaycin can do front flip and back flips on the trampoline. His favorite food is beans! Brave was chosen for Student of the Month. His teacher, Mr. Lenzen says, “Brave is an outstanding student and an even kinder person. Brave goes above and beyond when having empathy for others. He strives to complete his work in a timely manner and also provides guidance and support for his fellow classmates. Brave continually displays all areas of Thunderbird PRIDE throughout the school setting. Congratulations on being selected student of the month Brave!” Brave is most thankful for his friends and family. They are nice to him and care about him. He is most proud that he is athletic and he can make friends easily. He likes football and basketball the most. Brave says he is willing to play anything if someone asks him!
