Ahnnika was chosen as student of the month. Her teacher, Mr. Lenzen says, “Ahnnika was voted as Student of the Month by her classmates. She is always willing to help out in any way she can, both in the classroom and throughout the school day. Ahnnika goes above and beyond in showing respect to others as well as leading by example. Students like Ahnnika make our work as educators so very enjoyable and we need to say, Chii Miigwech!”
Ahnnika’s favorite part of school is recess because she loves to play outside. Her and her friends like to play ball tag. Her 3rd grade highlight was when she saw the geography fair from the 4th grade class. Her favorite state to see was Oklahoma. Ahnnika is most thankful for her family. She loves to spend time with them. At home, she likes to cook with her dad. Their favorite thing to make together is waffles. Yummy!
